He is also the founder of the non-profit, Dream Network, which seeks to help children in single parent homes. He has also spoken at hundreds of audiences and continues to inspire people with hope.

Not only does he have experience speaking to audiences, he also has extensive experience in starting and growing companies. R.C. has started 9 businesses in his career and intertwines his story of hope, faith, and hard work in everything he does. He and his wife sold everything they had to raise $5,000 dollars and turned it into a major media company. While some may take credit for this success, R.C. understands that his faith in God has guided him every day.
